A Fixed Term Contract opportunity has arisen within the Property Repairs Team for an experienced Health & Safety professional with maintenance/construction experience.
The successful candidate will support and advise the Property Repairs Service Manager to ensure that the service complies with Corporate H&S Policy, procedures, and the relevant statutory provisions.
You will also support the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of a comprehensive Property Repairs Service Health & Safety Management Plan and management systems, together with the identification of training needs and develop an appropriate Health & Safety Training Plan.
The postholder will also have a key role in developing a Health & Safety cultural change programme to drive and embed a positive safety culture across PRS to improve Health & Safety Performance.
Applicants will ideally have practical experience in delivering Public Sector Housing Maintenance Repairs and Voids Services.
