Camberley Theatre is a busy 400 seat theatre, events and conference centre. We are seeking to employ an experienced lighting and sound technician, with experience of working in theatre, to support our theatre productions and events.
Camberley Theatre produces an annual in-house pantomime and delivers events and productions off-site around the borough. The theatre is well known for its excellent customer service and events and the successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to work evenings, weekends and other unsociable hours.
You should have a strong understanding and experience of sound and lighting systems and theatre event experience. The theatre uses both an ETC GIO @5 lighting desk and Midis M32 sound desk and knowledge of these would be desirable.
You would be required to work primarily on the main stage and our smaller event spaces and occasionally off-site at other locations in the Surrey Heath portfolio.
