Centre of Independent Living Centre (CIL) – 36 hours per week (maternity cover until 31 March 2023 or upon the return of the substantive post holder from maternity leave, whichever is sooner)
Working as part of a small Business Support team all aspects of the role is undertaken on a rotational basis. You will be supporting and working closely with the Occupational Therapist Team.
Key activities include data entry, updating and maintaining service user records, scanning, dealing with telephone enquiries from both professionals and members of the public.

Knowsley Children Centres 28.8 hours per week
To provide front of house services delivering a high-quality experience within a Children’s Centre’s setting acting as first point of contact to visitors and families. Signposting and providing information regarding support and activities.
You will be supporting and working closely with the Early Years Practitioners.
Key activities would be to update and maintain registers, dealing with room bookings and telephone enquiries from both professionals and members of the public.

Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) 36 & 21.6 hours per week
Working as part of a small Business Support team all aspects of the role would be undertaken on a rotational basis. You will be supporting and working closely with Social Workers who have contact with children and adults who may be at risk of harm or neglect.
Key activities would be note taking at statutory and professional meetings held between third party agencies and at times family members.
You would also be responsible for updating and maintaining children’s records and sharing sensitive and confidential information between agencies .
Previous experience of note taking is desired.

All vacancies are fixed term until March 2023.
The ideal candidate will have proven clerical experience with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
You would be expected to work with set timeframes within a pressurised environment and be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
The ability to deal confidentially with matters of a sensitive nature is an essential part of this role.
