Home Adaptations Operations Support Worker 
£27,978 - £28,992 per annum

This post is based within a small team of caseworkers and surveyors who work closely with the Occupational Therapy Service to support elderly, disabled and vulnerable customers to access the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) to provide  adaptations to their homes or to make essential repairs. 

The role involves providing essential administrative support to the team as well as being responsible for some of the processes to progress a DFG. 

The role includes visiting customers in their homes to support them in making a DFG application.
