About the role

Do you have experience of working with complex, integrated HR and Payroll systems, ideally iTrent?  Are you someone with an HR background who enjoys system configuration and creating reports?

This is a great opportunity to be our systems’ expert and to join our ambitious and friendly People department. In addition to iTrent, we also use an Applicant Tracking System to support recruitment.

Your experience of working in an HR / People department means that you know just how important it is that we optimise the use of our systems and work towards iTrent being our single source of staff data, and that we ensure our data is of the highest quality.

Your technical skills are a must! Ideally we’d like you to have experience of iTrent, but it’s essential you have detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly excel, the ability to create pivot tables and stitch data using vlook-ups, etc.  However you’ll also be good at building relationships with key stakeholders, have excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills and be a strong problem solver.  Experience of writing reports using Business Objects is a bonus, but if not we will arrange training for you.

Please note this is a part-time position and we are ideally looking for someone who can work 22 hours a week. Finding the very best talent is important to us and we wouldn't want to lose our ideal candidate due to hours. We appreciate part-time working can be achieved in a number of flexible ways and are happy to talk about the pattern needed and what might be suitable for role.
