Team Manager -x 2 Eva Armsby Family Centre

The Eva Armsby Family Centre opened in 1994. The centre provides a range of child-focused services to children and their families across Tower Hamlets. The service is part of the Children’s Social Care, MASH and Assessment & Intervention Service.

The fundamental objective of the service is to promote the well-being of children and families. The service works collaboratively with children, young people, families, carers and professionals to provide a safe, welcoming environment for family assessment, intervention and contact services.

Anybody interested in this role will need to promote practice and a working culture focused on the promotion of service user and carer wellbeing, promoting personalised outcomes and positive experience. Promote positive working relationships in and across teams and with partners in statutory, voluntary and third sector organisations

Team Manager Assessment and Intervention x 1

 The MASH and the Assessment and Intervention teams are based at Mulberry Place, we provide the front door service for children in need and those in need of protection.

Anybody interested in the MASH service needs to have a good working knowledge of the principles of MASH and threshold decision making, child protection, Working Together to safeguard Children and their families, PAN London guidance alongside the experience of managing a team in a frontline service.

Anybody interested in the Assessment and Intervention service needs to have a good working knowledge in Assessment, child protection, court work, alongside experience of managing a team in a frontline service.

Team Manager - Family Support and Protection - X 1

The Family Support and Protection (FS&P) teams work with families that require more than three months intervention, and where children are subject to child protection or child in need plans or where children can no longer live at home and care proceedings need to be initiated. There are 10 Teams in the FSP service area.

Anybody interested in the FSP service needs to have a good working knowledge in Assessment, child protection, court work, alongside experience of managing a team in a frontline service
