Commercial and Residential Administrator

We are looking for two Administrators for our Assets and Regeneration Team. We provide the day to day running and maintenance of the Council’s buildings (such as community centres) and strategic asset management and development projects of a large and diverse property portfolio. We bring in millions of pounds which is used by the Council to deliver services to our local community.
The Administrators provide support to the whole team:
- Buildings and Projects
- Facilities and Contracts
- Property Portfolio
- Residential Sales and Lettings
- Special Purpose Vehicles (RBC Services Limited, RBC Investments Limited, RBC Heat Network Limited)
- Budget and Finance support
To be successful in our team you need a positive ‘can do’ attitude and you must be a team player.
We need you to have experience of providing outstanding administrative support in a busy estates or property service area. You must understand and be able to champion best practice for financial management of budgets, data management and property records. We use a financial and property management software, which you must be confident about learning to ‘super-user’ status.
