We have an exciting new opportunity for a Wellbeing and Inclusion Officer to join our Housing Support Team. Our services help tenants maintain their accommodation, reach their goals and live independent and fulfilling lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising opportunities for tenants, or groups of tenants, to be actively involved in making a positive difference to their community, improving wellbeing and promoting social inclusion. You will also be working with the Housing Support Team to develop and implement a Wellbeing and Inclusion Strategy.
We are looking for someone with experience of working with diverse communities to co-create self-sustaining projects. You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills and a track record of running successful projects.
