Energy and Climate Change Officer (ADC1125)

 

Salary up to £33,782 per annum (including market supplement of £2,436 for a minimum of 12 months – reviewed annually).

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated individual to join our Assets and Investments Section. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the ongoing development and implementation of the Council’s Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan, focusing on reducing carbon emissions and energy consumption of the Council and wider district, and for the management and administration of the Council’s energy contracts, including developing projects and initiatives that focus on reducing the Council’s energy consumption.
