As our Quality Manager, you’ll lead on developing quality management and governance here. Our transport programme aims to deliver active travel projects, major traffic engineering schemes and an exciting portfolio of innovative programmes, including EV and micro-mobility. You’ll drive the development and implementation of quality management processes for all of this. From managing our governance processes, to undertaking performance data analysis and periodic audits, and overseeing the performance of our internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure the highest standards every step of the way.

As a member of our programme management team, you’ll need excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and performance and data management experience. You’ll bring with you considerable process design experience and an understanding of quality and performance audits. A working knowledge of best practice in Quality management will be essential too. You’ll also share our commitment to improving services and reducing our carbon footprint.
