About the role

We are looking for an experienced Individual Needs Assistant to work with Year 5 children.  Applicants should have the ability to establish positive relationships with the pupils and empathise with their needs.  A sense of humour and an ability to deal with behavioural issues would be an advantage, together with the ability to think on their feet.
