We are looking for a creative, passionate and engaging Organisational Development Practitioner to join our team.
You will support the Organisational Development Manager to drive the implementation of our ambitious People Strategy by leading on the delivery of organisational development initiatives and interventions.
In this role, you'll contract with key stakeholders, to scope requirements and define desired outcomes for improvement. You'll have excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively and build relationships with ease.
You will have knowledge and understanding of Organisational Development processes and interventions which embed culture change, behaviours and values.
You will need a track record of successfully influencing and managing change and leading on Organisational Development projects with successful implementation.
Above all you will be looking to improve our employee experience, talent management and organisational effectiveness.

This position will initially, in line with current government guidance be based from home. In future, the Council will be moving to a hybrid of working arrangements for many of our roles with a combination of homeworking, office and site working as required.
