We’re looking for an enthusiastic Client Support Assistant to give our clients the best possible experience of our services. This is a great chance to gain an in-depth knowledge of public sector recruitment, as well as what's involved with supplying software platforms in a B2B market. You’ll also become an expert in how recruitment technology is used, supporting our customers with their queries about our system.
This job is perfect for someone looking to make the role their own, with the opportunity for personal development in resourcing, customer support and elements of marketing. No previous experience is required, but if you’re eager to learn, have a great work ethic and strong customer service skills, we want to hear from you.
Please note this is a hybrid role combining home working with weekly/fortnightly attendance to our London office (Holborn). Applicants should consider the need to travel to Holborn once a week as a requirement of this role (Team office day is currently a Thursday but this could be subject to change at any time).
Your main responsibilities will be ensuring that we give our customers the best possible frontline support on our software platform and that our service-based products are delivered to the highest standard.
A typical day in the role could see you uploading job adverts and creating display ads across our job board network, answering a wide variety of support tickets or getting stuck in with testing our software. As you grow and develop in the role there will also be opportunities to learn and become proficient in skills such as pay-per-click advertising and copywriting for job adverts.
We’ll expect you to have strong communication skills so you can accurately articulate any support given with personable and helpful emails. Additionally, you’ll need to be highly organised and able to manage varying workloads across the various tasks you’ll be set.
