Customer Services & Revenues Officer
We are looking for well-organised, self-motivated, strong team player, who can work under pressure and meet deadlines, to join our busy Customer Services team. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient billing, collection, and recovery of the Council Tax, NNDR and Sales Ledger Sundry Debts adhering to corporate policies on collection and customer care. As part of the role, you will act as the initial point of contact for customer enquiries and provide high level of customer services to members of the public and staff.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good numeracy are necessary to deal with internal and external queries. In addition, experience in an appropriate customer orientated environment is essential as well as working on a variety of IT systems.

We are looking for someone with experience of Council Tax & Business Rate and Customer Service to join our busy team as a Customer Service & Revenues Officer.
