About the role
We need a Service Support Manager to join our committed, friendly senior team to work with us in providing a safe and good quality service for adults with Dementia, providing person centred support to individuals and someone who understand the person is more than the symptoms of Dementia.
The role is varied and requires good management skills. You will be expected to lead and manage a team of staff in order to meet the needs of individuals.
You will support the Operations Manager in providing leadership for the development of a quality service that meets CQC regulations and provides value for money.
You will promote and actively implement legislation imposed by the Care Act to ensure service users receive a safe, effective, appropriate service that enables them to achieve and maintain independence, dignity and choice.
You will actively promote and role model the values of choice, independence, dignity, respect and reablement.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
