An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to appoint a full-time Vocational & Employability Trainer to deliver a range of programmes linked to Employability such as Employability Workshops, Confidence Building sessions, tiered employability programmes that cater for people at different stages of their employment pathway. The role involves working across a number of sites to support the residents of Halton to upskill and develop their Employability skills, to ensure they develop the skills and qualifications for their journey into or to progress in employment.
You will be a positive, enthusiastic, friendly individual who has education and achievement at the heart of your teaching delivery. You will want to thrive for the best outcomes for your learners to ensure they successful reach their goals and aims. You will have experience of teaching an Employability curriculum and take a creative and innovative approach to your delivery to engage and support your learners to success and gain the skills needed to interact confidently with the job market and employers. You will be resilient and work positively and effectively as part of a successful team.
