About the role
The role is within one of our Looked After Children teams. As a member of the team you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to assist in the smooth running of the service by providing administrative support to the social workers and manager. This will include maintaining databases, taking complex minutes, uploading information onto the authority's database system, petty cash, spreadsheets, speaking to service users and all other general administrative tasks.
You will need the skills to liaise with a variety of professionals and other agencies at the forefront of our service, be a good communicator with strong MS Office skills and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
