About the role
EYFS Class Teaching Assistant and Midday Supervisor required from 23 February 2022. Maternity cover for up to 10 months (to at least December 2022), with potential other opportunities across the Federation schools.
27.5 TA hours per week: Full time (8:30 – 15:15) and 5 Midday Supervisor Assistant (MDSA) hours per week: 12:00 – 13:00 (subject to change) Wednesdays start time of 8:15 for whole staff briefing meetings. Base class may change from September 2022.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding, self-motivated and creative Teaching Assistant and Midday supervisor. Are you enthusiastic, motivated and friendly ideally with experience working in schools or a degree and aspiring to become a teacher? Do you have a real love of children and a desire to provide outstanding learning?
The successful candidate would ideally have recent experience in an Early Years settings or primary school; be able to discuss how they have impacted on pupil progress; be familiar with the updated Early Years framework and assessment process and be able to make insightful and relevant observations. You will also be working alongside the Inclusion Manager to provide specialist interventions for children who are on the SEND register.
