About the role
We are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to work with a child within our school as soon as possible.
We are looking for someone who:-
- is patient and tolerant;
- has experience of supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs
- has experience of working with children with communication difficulties;
- engages sympathetically with children with SEN;
- is a creative personality;
- has high expectations of children;
- has good interpersonal skills including liaising with parents;
- can work well in a team;
- is resilient, flexible and adapts positively to change;
- is proficient with using a computer
15 hours per week (12:15 - 15:15 Monday to Friday)
Grade 3, Point 7, £18,562 pro rata (£6,490 per annum £541pcm)
