About the role

We are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to work with a child within our school as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone who:-

  • is patient and tolerant;
  • has experience of supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs
  • has experience of working with children with communication difficulties;
  • engages sympathetically with children with SEN;
  • is a creative personality;
  • has high expectations of children;
  • has good interpersonal skills including liaising with parents;
  • can work well in a team;
  • is resilient, flexible and adapts positively to change;
  • is proficient with using a computer

15 hours per week (12:15 - 15:15 Monday to Friday)

Grade 3, Point 7, £18,562 pro rata (£6,490 per annum £541pcm)

This is a fixed term contract for one year.
