Local Single Status Grade 4, Point 9
Equivalent to £9.81 per hour

We are looking to appoint a hardworking and conscientious team player to join our Facilities team as a casual Caretaker.
This role will involve carrying out non-specialist building maintenance work, where such work is agreed as being within the reasonable capacity of normal handyman/woman/DIY Skills e.g. carpentry, decorating, plumbing, glazing etc with strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
Hours will be worked both during the school holidays and during term time by mutual agreement.
Previous experience of working in a school environment would be beneficial but not a necessity.
