About the role

First Aid Support Administrator – Required to start ASAP – Hailsham Community College Academy Trust

Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday 10.00am to 13.00pm) Term Time only + 15 hours during school holidays
Salary: Pro-rata starting salary £6,789 per annum + First Aid Allowance £130.32 per annum

We are looking to appoint an Administrator to support our Medical Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping student medical records up to date, liaising with parents and staff where necessary and assisting the First Aider recording students’ welfare on a daily basis. Word and Excel knowledge, excellent organisational and communication skills and a patient and friendly approach is essential. A First Aid qualification is not necessary as basic training will be given.
