Minor Works Technician 

The Community Equipment service provides both daily living equipment and nursing equipment to people in need living in the Sefton geographical area.  You will assist in providing an effective and efficient equipment loan service to disabled people of all ages, including children, to support them in developing their full potential and maintaining their health and independence.

The main duties will involve the fitting of banister rails and grab rails and other minor equipment. Ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe manner.

Liaising with Occupational Therapy staff and other professionals in the fitting of equipment. Be proactive in enabling the service to work to maximum efficiency.

The successful candidate must be motivated and committed, with a range of skills and experience to strengthen an established team.  In exchange we can offer:
