This post supports the work of the Partnership, supporting the Local Authority, Police and Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) representatives, as well as the Independent Chairs and Scrutineers and the Partnership Manager.

About the role

The role holder will have the opportunity to use their initiative to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Partnership, which includes a wide range of administrative activities to support the smooth running of the partnership. 

You will have excellent communication and problem solving skills, be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise competing work demands.You will enjoy working independently as well as part of a team.

Evidence of the following criteria is desirable:

·         Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience of using digital platforms to communicate with the public.

·         Accuracy and attention to detail

·         Ability to take minutes of complex and sensitive meetings

·         Excellent  time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload

·         The ability to multi-task and work on own initiative

·         Personal resilience and discretion when dealing with sensitive information

·         You will be a flexible team player with a solution focused and collaborative approach. 

The ideal candidate will embrace working in a challenging, varied  and rewarding operating environment as part of a small team.

This role is currently based in Moulsecoomb Hub North, Hodshrove Lane, Brighton BN2 4SE.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
