Working as part of a team, you will deliver excellent customer service to library customers, ensuring all information, services and resources are available and promoted to members of the public.
The post holder will work as part of a team, to help make the resources of the library and information service available to all customers, including those at a disadvantage. S/he will be computer and internet literate and be able to provide a variety of administrative duties in a fast and efficient manner. The post holder will be required to deliver a high level of customer service by assisting members of the public, delivering Library based events and supporting the Library Manager with outreach activities.
