About the role

We have vacancies for 4 temporary Teaching Assistants on fixed term contracts

from 1st January 2022 to 22nd July 2022

TA 2 - Single Status Grade 3 Point 7 (£18,840 pro rata)

2 posts are class based for 28.75 hours per week Monday to Friday

(to include half an hour lunch duty)

2 posts are for 13 hours per week to provide additional in class support

We are a small rural primary school and are looking for applicants who can assist in promoting the learning and personal development of all pupils, including, but not exclusively, those with special educational needs.

It is essential that applicants should have:-

•         a good standard of education particularly in English & Maths

•         the ability to work effectively and supportively as a member of the school  team

•         experience of supporting children in a classroom environment, including those with special education needs and

•         be willing to participate in further training and developmental opportunities offered by the school and county, to further knowledge.

We can offer a school full of happy and motivated pupils, hardworking and dedicated staff and committed Governors.
