We’re seeking a talented and results driven experienced Early Years Tutor/Assessor to support the delivery of our Early Years programme. You should have relevant industry experience that makes you occupationally competent to deliver up to and including Level 3 qualifications.

New Directions College is Reading Borough Council’s Adult Community Learning and Skills service.  This year we’re celebrating 63 years of Adult Learning in Reading. We’re a small friendly College delivering to over 2000 learners and Apprentices each year, directly and through our subcontractors and partners.  
 
About the Role 
This role would suit someone with experience of delivering and coaching learners in Early Years setting to help and support them to successfully gain employment 
 
The right candidate will have an innovative, holistic delivery and assessment style that enables learners to develop and ensures learners demonstrate the competencies and behaviours allowing them to complete their programme and be job ready.  
 
The right candidate will also demonstrate the ability to write effective lesson and assessment plans.
