We are looking to enhance our senior leadership team with an additional Head of Strategic HR Partnering. This will be for a 1 year fixed term period to support the delivery of our HR strategy. As Head of Strategic HR Partnering you will lead the provision of business partnering, strategic workforce planning and early talent and apprenticeships. You will provide expert advice to senior leaders across the council, supporting the design and delivery of change programmes and championing the use of data insights, intelligence and technology. You will ensure the council’s employer brand is embedded, attracting high quality and diverse talent.
