About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two full-time permanent Senior Administrative Support Officers within Adult Social Care Mental Health Admin Team. This role will cover a Countywide service and will be based in Eastbourne, East Sussex or Hastings, East Sussex but is negotiable depending on the successful candidate.
You will assist operational staff to provide a better service to the people of East Sussex. The roles will be fast-paced and varied and will include minute taking in Safeguarding Adults at Risk Meetings and supervision of administrative staff within the team. Experience of managing and/or training and mentoring of staff would be advantageous for this post.
You will need to be a great communicator with strong Microsoft Office skills, minute taking skills and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service. In return for your commitment ongoing training and development opportunities will be available in a friendly and supportive team.
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
