Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager, this post is responsible for helping to ensure that the Floral Pavilion Theatre and all its hospitality venues achieve their business objectives by maximising their income potential. This post is responsible for creating, publishing and sharing content across multiple digital channels including email marketing. The role will also assist with the commissioning, creating and monitoring of new digital content to enable the Floral Pavilion Theatre and hospitality venues engage and inspire existing and new audiences.
We are looking for someone with a marketing qualification at degree level along with substantial experience working in a marketing and e-commerce environment You will need a good knowledge of sales and how to generate and maximise income and will be a proficient user of Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word, experience of using Customer Management Systems and strong analytic and reporting skills with a good knowledge of Google Analytics. You will also have a high level of computer literacy including experience of theatre-based database/ticketing software such as Seat Geek and Artifax along with Microsoft Office
You will require experience of creating social media content across multiple channels and of using social media management platforms such as TweetDeck and Hootsuite. A good knowledge of digital marketing channels and how they fit into a multi-channel campaign and the ability to identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the venue is up to date with industry development
Above all you will be looking to improve the way we engage with our employees/residents/customers to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
