Your role in our journey
We have an Independent Living and support and Brokerage Officer vacancy within our adult social care service working in our Brokerage and Personalisation Support Team. The purpose of this role is to assist and coordinate care planning and commissioning the provision of services to meet desired outcomes in line with personalisation, promoting an asset and strengths-based approach. The post holder will also support Service Users and Carers with the effective management of Personal Budgets including the recruitment and employment of Personal Assistants, and providing advice, support and guidance in relation to their role as an Employer.
