Our Digital Services Team are changing in the way we deliver our service and are reflecting the new ways of working with the use of Digital, Data and Technology.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Change Manager that wants to make a difference and can provide support to the team through a period of development and change, with an ultimate aim of driving forward the Change Management processes across the Digital Services Portfolio assuring the best service for our customers, residents and businesses.

The Role:

The Change Manager – Business Adoption will report to the Business Change Manager within Digital Services. Following a structured change management framework is responsible for facilitating and leading change management activities for programmes and Projects.

With exciting times ahead, we are reshaping the Digital Services Team and have created roles, to add value and to provide the best Service to our citizens.

Key Accountabilities:

The successful applicant will be expected to:

  • To facilitate and lead change management activities for projects and programmes to ensure we prepare, equip, and support individuals and the business to successfully adopt change in order to drive organisational success and outcomes.

  • Positively engaging stakeholders in the change process, designing the change with them, supporting them to own the change activity and understand the changes being made, their interdependencies and their implications.

  • Manage, report and monitor benefits realisation focussing on both customer and financial benefits

  • Liaising and working with identified change managers in the business, to ensure the effective embedding of changes in service areas that will deliver sustainable improvements
