About the role

The ISEND Early Years’ Service are seeking to recruit a highly experienced and dynamic practitioner to join our well-established team. All staff within the service can at times be expected to travel to different areas of the County. However, the position available at this time will be based within the Eastbourne area at St Mark’s House. This role involves working closely with educational settings, families and professionals to provide high quality targeted support and direct intervention for children with Special Educational Needs, Disabilities and/or complex needs, aged from 0-5years.

We will be seeking applicants who

  • have proven experience and knowledge of supporting children with a wide range of needs
  • can demonstrate good communication and understanding when working directly with preschool providers, schools and families
  • are passionate about inclusion
  • show an ability to be creative, flexible and forward thinking in a variety of situations
