About the role
We are looking for a people person who enjoys building relationships with others.
Support people with a learning disability to increase their independence and have a positive impact on the life of another person. As an Adult Social Carer, you will go the extra mile to ensure our clients have a great day. Within the day service, you will be supporting people as part of a team in group activities, within the building and local community. Having a good sense of humour is key.
Whether you have previous experience in the field or you are new to working with people with a learning disability, your life skills, great attitude, and desire to support people to lead fulfilling lives is why we want to hear from you.
Joining our day service teams at Beeching Park, Bexhill. We have 30-hour and 15-hour Support Worker roles available. Rate of pay is £10.24 to £10.44 per hour.
You will work a 7 ½ hour day with a shift pattern of 8.30am to 4pm and 12pm to 7.30pm on a rota basis.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
