Client Affairs Support Officer – secondment/temporary opportunity for up to one year

Your New Role
You will be working within a busy finance team responsible for maximising both client and Social Care income, looking after the finances of clients who lack the capacity to do so themselves and ensuring all their financial obligations are met. You will be dealing with client queries, both face to face and over the telephone. This will include maintaining client records, balancing accounts, report preparation and making payments on behalf of clients ensuring that their financial interests are protected. You will also provide vital administrative support to the client affairs team.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have the ability to form good relationships with internal and external customers & provide a first class service. In addition you will have experience of making payments and account reconciliation as well as dealing with vulnerable adults and challenging behaviour.
