The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Oxford City Council as part of the Regeneration and Economy team to provide leadership to capital projects ranging from large scale mixed use regeneration to infrastructure schemes. We are recruiting for a role as Regeneration Manager. The role will be varied and involve leading on projects, engaging with communities and development partners, developing business cases, drafting funding bids, project managing the direct delivery of capital projects and working with internal/external/community partners.

We have an ambitious capital programme that is important in delivering the council’s corporate objectives including fostering an inclusive economy, delivering more affordable housing, supporting healthy vibrant communities and pursuing a zero-carbon Oxford. Our regeneration managers work across the council, taking projects from feasibility through to delivery, working with external stakeholders to deliver complex capital projects that are not only delivered safely to time and budget but also are approached in a way to maximise the benefits to the city’s residents and businesses.
