An exciting opportunity has opened for an exceptional Events and Weddings Executive to join the busy team at Hylands Estate, Chelmsford. 
 
As a crucial member of the Events and Weddings Team, you will be coordinating a variety of hires including; weddings, corporate bookings, and events. 
 
The successful candidate will have previous administrative and sales experience in a customer-facing role, including experience of dealing with a diverse range of guests specifically building and maintaining relationships and responding to enquiries. The successful candidate will also have proven experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to maintain an exceptional customer journey with hirers. Experience in coordinating and marketing events and weddings is desirable.
 
You must demonstrate:
• Excellent organisational and time management skills and a commitment to guest care
• The ability to remain positive whilst meeting tight deadlines under pressure
• Exceptional communication skills including on the telephone, via email, and face to face
• Flexible approach to working hours to suit the business needs (mainly working Monday to Friday and one weekend day per month, but flexibility with hours to accommodate out-of-hours viewings and meetings).
