Your role in our journey

As an Assistive Living Technologies Night Service Support Worker: you’ll be part of a team responding to vulnerable service users through the night alongside our nationally accredited Monitoring Centre and Installation Team. You will be attending night care visits to ensure vulnerable people they get the help with their care needs. You will perform activities within a team that has a common goal to promote independence and perform against Key Performance Indicators, national accreditation and regulation standards.

What you’ll need

To join us, you’ll need a relevant Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care and a clean full UK driving license to drive manual vehicles. Crucially you will have excellent communication, and relationship skills, to successfully work with the team and service users.
