Salary Range: 43,857 - 46,845 pa (M3 Career Scale)
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Covering Secondment, 12 months Fixed Term Contract / Secondment

The Integrated Care Programme Team is seeking an experienced project manager to join our expanded team. We are seeking a person with proven project management experience in leading and delivering change across large projects, preferably across the NHS and social care, and has a passion for person-centred care and better outcomes for Hertfordshire residents.
You will be able to confidently develop relationships with our health and care partners and collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders. You will be highly organised and will be responsible for delivering multiple complex and challenging projects, translating strategy and ideas into action.
Usually, this role would require you to work across Hertfordshire, with flexible working across multiple sites. However, at present with Covid restrictions the team are mostly remote working at home. In future, we anticipate the role will continue to be flexible, as well as fully embrace virtual working and collaboration technology.
