We have 3 exciting opportunities across a number of services within Business Support to support Building Control, Planning and Environmental Health.
We are looking for administrators that have experience of working in a high volume environment and have transferable skills that can be utilised across a number of busy administration roles.
The job roles cover a variety of tasks including answering and managing calls from members of the public, logging information into bespoke systems, management of corporate inboxes and completion of financial processes (e.g. raising purchase orders and paying invoices). All roles require high levels of customer services, and the ability to work well in a busy environment.
Qualifications for the position are 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade C or above (including Maths and English), NVQ Level 2 and ECDL or equivalent.
Experience of working in a business support environment and dealing with a wide variety of requests and issues together with a rounded knowledge of Council services will be of great advantage in this role.
All three posts are Hybrid workers where Home Working is the standard however attendance at an office is expected on a regular basis.
