What we’re looking for…
The Arts & Entertainment Service, who operate The Octagon Theatre and Westlands Entertainment Venue, are seeking a passionate and talented Head Chef lead our kitchens and work with our Catering Manager to develop the catering operation across both venues. The successful candidate will have experience of large scale catering, leading the preparation and delivery of high quality, delicious food. This is a diverse and challenging role where you will be required to lead on the delivery of multi-course banquets for up to 350 guests, buffet lunches for 400 guests or 130 diners in our theatre restaurant. Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene is essential in addition to creative flair and the ability to supervise, motivate and support a team to deliver exceptional food. The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of working with our customers to ensure we deliver their requirements and exceed their expectations to generate income for the service.
