An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Manager to join our Children in Care Service. You will be leading and managing four social work teams, delivering good outcomes for children, young people and families across Medway.
You will hold a degree in social work together with a management/leadership qualification and/or demonstrable experience of impactful leadership.
You will have a proven track record in managing teams, and in influencing and driving forward practice. You will also be able to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge and experience of working with children and ideally have experience of working with ‘Signs of Safety’ or a similar strengths and relationships-based practice framework.
