The Sales and Retention Advisor will assist the Sales and Retention Team Leader and central Leisure Call Centre team to generate revenue across leisure services. The post holder will sell memberships, deal with membership enquiries and accounts and sell a range of other leisure services products and activities whilst focusing on income generation.
In this role, you'll develop your knowledge of leisure services products and services whilst supporting the Sales and Retention Team Leader and the Leisure Call Centre Supervisor.
You will ensure that every income generation opportunity is maximised and you will deliver a first class customer service to customers both on the telephone and face to face.
You will understand the importance of building customer relationships to increase retention and attrition of members and deliver an excellent start to customer's fitness journey.
About the candidate:
We are looking for a team player who has customer service and sales experience and has experience of successfully resolving difficult situations in a customer-based role. You must have the ability to manage and prioritise workloads and make decisions whilst understanding the business impact in a fast paced environment.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively. Good knowledge of budgets and financial reporting with the ability to present clear and concise information when required.
You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible whilst being organised and professional with good IT skills.
