Then our vacancy for a Leaseholder and Service Charges Project Manager may be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is an exciting role managing the services that we deliver to the 500 leaseholders across West Lancashire. We are looking for someone that can make the difference for our customers now and in the future. You will be resourceful, and self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
You will take the lead on delivering and implementing Leaseholder policy's and processes so that the service continues to improve.
You will have a proven track record of working with customers, partners, and stakeholders and as Leasehold Service Manager you will deal with all aspects of leasehold management. The role involves working across several teams including legal, finance, property services and our sundry debt team. You will deal with billing and income and the annual service charge administrations, along with supporting section 20 consultation and requests for services from leaseholders. You will do this taking account of legislation, contracts, and policy requirements.
You should be a proactive individual with a strong customer service focus, take pride and ownership in your contribution, have excellent IT skills with an attention for detail.
