We are currently looking to employ self-motivated Senior Planning Officer primarily within the Development Management team to help provide professional expertise in dealing with a range of pre-application enquiries, planning applications, appeals and investigations into alleged breaches of planning control.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with post qualification experience who can deal with a complex caseload with limited supervision, deal positively with customers, balance priorities and work to strict deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work from home, but will be required to carry out regular site visits within the Borough and work in our Ormskirk office for at least one day per week.
