About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Premises Manager and Health and Safety Coordinator to work within Firwood House in Eastbourne. This building houses both Adult Social Care and NHS community services as well as being the centre for client-focused clinics.
The successful candidate will support the Management team in ensuring the premises meets expected health and safety standards for our staff and clients.
You will lead the housekeeping team and will be able to work with autonomy in response to general maintenance and repairs around the building, completing necessary audits, and liaising with the Property and Management teams as well as contractors to ensure health and safety is prioritised and maintained.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
