About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time permanent for an Administrative Support Officer within Adult Social Care Mental Health Admin Team. This role will be based in St Mary's House, Eastbourne but will incorporate a proportion of home working.

We are looking for an Administrator who would relish the opportunity to work in a service that is adapting to the challenging demands of our County and open to fresh ideas and new ways of working.
You will assist operational staff to provide a better service to the people of East Sussex. The role will be fast-paced and varied and may include minute taking in Safeguarding Adults at Risk Meetings, alongside data work.
You will be IT literate and enjoy working with local IT systems to provide business critical data to senior management.
You will need to be a great communicator with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly around Microsoft Excel and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service. In return for your commitment, ongoing training and development opportunities will be available in a friendly and supportive team.
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
