Enfield is a truly diverse borough combining major regeneration opportunities, vibrant town centres, attractive parkland and open space with inner city challenges. As one of London’s largest and definitely most exciting regeneration opportunities, Meridian Water will deliver transformational change, creating approximately 10,000 new homes and 6,000 jobs. The team is expanding in recognition of the need to accelerate development and deliver significant projects that will create the conditions for major inward investment.

This position will play an important role in supporting the Council to deliver Meridian Water including project delivery, meanwhile uses, environmental and community based projects, physical development projects, project managing consultants, and engagement with the community as well as joint working with council officers, partners, landowners and developers. The role is based in the regeneration team delivering the employment, skills and social values that are so important for residents. The role will help curate the commercial mix of businesses that will assist deliver our Vision for Meridian Water.

We have a motivated, talented, and dynamic - team of multi-disciplinary regeneration officers and managers, and we are particularly looking for someone with the same aspirations and vision with a regeneration background whether that be physical, social, economic or community focussed. If you have previous experience of regeneration and can demonstrate a strong commitment to improving communities through partnership working, we would like to hear from you.
