We are looking for a self-motivated, well organised and experienced individual for the post of Senior Housing Needs Officer. The role will be to support the Housing Needs Manager with day to day management of the service. You will be required to manage a caseload along with supporting a small team of housing needs officers in undertaking their role.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills especially to manage competing workloads at peak times.
An excellent working knowledge of Homelessness legislation is essential, in addition to extensive experience of working with assessment and advice giving procedures in a welfare setting.
