About the role
Salary: Actual starting salary: £17,629 pa
Hours: 37 hours per week 41 weeks per year (includes 2 weeks worked during school holidays)
An exciting opportunity has risen to join our growing academy in a new role.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed Business Support Administrator to provide administration support in our Admin team and HR department alongside providing a clerking service for our Governing body.
The successful candidate will provide admin support to the Administrations Manager and HR Manager, ensuring efficient and effective operations of administration and personnel matters.
As a Governance Professional the successful candidate will facilitate the smooth running of all matters relating to the Trustee Board and members including, providing administrative support and advice on legislation and procedure. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
The successful candidate must have excellent organisational, communication and ICT skills.
An understanding of confidentially is essential for this role and flexible working is required, with the necessity to attend evening meetings.
