Hours of work: 16.25 hours LSA plus 5 hours MDSA
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.85 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

About the role
Cross in Hand is a happy and successful Church of England Primary School in Heathfield, East Sussex. We have genuinely lovely children, supportive parents and a great team of staff.
The main responsibility of the post will be to support children with their learning - in whole class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. Applicants should be innovative, enthusiastic and flexible with an interest and knowledge of child development and an understanding of child protection procedures. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a sensitive and empathic approach to working with young pupils and be able to proactively support pupils with barriers to learning.
